The Role

As a key member of the team, you will provide administrative and customer service support across the business, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of operations while maintaining excellent service standards for customers and suppliers alike.

No two days will be the same, making this an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, solving problems and keeping things organised.

Key Responsibilities

• Answering incoming telephone calls and responding to customer enquiries.
• HR and Health & Safety administration.
• Meeting and greeting visitors, customers and suppliers.
• Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Organising deliveries and liaising with external transport and logistics providers.
• Supporting stock control processes and ensuring information is kept up to date.
• Working closely with colleagues across the production and warehouse teams.
• Maintaining accurate records and company databases.
• General office administration duties.
• Providing excellent customer service at all times.

About You

• Previous experience in an administration, customer service or office support role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good IT skills and confidence using computer systems.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• A positive, hands-on approach with a willingness to learn.
• Someone with a good level of life experience who can confidently engage with customers, suppliers and colleagues.
• Experience within a manufacturing environment would be advantageous but is not essential.

Working Hours
